turbotax tools does not display on turbotax online

TurboTax Tools is on the left side of your screen in TurboTax Online.  If it's not visible to you, choose to "pick up where you left off" to get back into the full menu.

It turns out I was told that this feature to transfer a tax data from turbotax cd to turbotax online was suspended, the tax tools feature is no longer available. I had to manually transfer the data , cream pain. I have been using turbotax for 14 years, stuff like this makes you want to find a different provider
