TurboTax State Filing

I finished my Federal and went to do State, but I couldn't get it to work. Called in for help and was told that I couldn't work on State until after my Federal was sent in and accepted. Never before has this happened and I was told that this was a change for the 2024 returns. It would've been nice to have that stipulated on the State screen. What a screwup.
