Turbotax self employed online version will not update self-employment tax. stuck in loop

I have searched on google and turbotax for answer to this question. I have purchased the online version. TT says I have not started selfemployment section, but when i do it says how much SE is owed and when you press DONE it is stuck in loop - says not started. can't find a manual way to enter SCH SE and update appropriate line on 1040 form. When I check return it says it is great and ready for filing. I have been on hold for 35 minutes and waited 45 minutes for a callback and nothing. please help. Thanks.

If you are stuck in a loop, please try the steps below:

Log out of Turbo Tax and close out of your browser.  Then, clear your cache and delete your cookies.  Open up your browser window and go back into Turbo Tax.  This should have fixed your issue.  Please see below on how to clear your cache and delete cookies:
