The TurboTax Download file is zero bytes and when clicked a pop up says

This app can't run on your PC

To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher

Where did you purchase the software? If you purchased it from TurboTax, you can go to your Download Account and attempt to install again after re-downloading it.
