TurboTax says I’m waiting on tax forms supposedly to file my 2019 taxes? I file Federal, Delaware, and New Jersey. What’s going on?

The IRS has to update the forms and then approve them for TurboTax to use. Once they approve a form for us to use, it takes about 24 hours for us to update it in our system. Click here to see the Federal Forms Availability to see if you are affected.

I just checked the Delaware Individual Forms and some forms are not able to be e-filed. If you have these forms, you'll need to print and mail in your DE return. Click here to see the forms.
