My tax filing only consists of W-2 form and Form 1042S for 2020 but I need to amend my 2019 filing from Form 1040NR to Form 1040. Which TurboTax product should I go with to get help?

Did you complete your 2019 tax return with a TurboTax product?  You can amend your 2019 tax return as long as your original return was accepted in TurboTax Online or TurboTax CD/Download.

I used Sprintax for 2019 filing and when I tried to amend my 2019 filing they referred me to TurboTax.

You can only amend a return that was originally filed with Turbo Tax which would be by following the steps MichelleLO provided above. If this is not the case for you then you will be unable to do so using Turbo Tax but rather would need to do so using your original preparation method.
