TurboTax Product Refund

I bought TurboTax from Sam's Club and my product refund was approved.  How will it be paid?

Regardless of where you purchased your TurboTax Download Version, your refund will be paid in the format you chose at the very end of your return. 

Did you set it up to be direct-deposited or a paper check? also were there any other benefits that you added in the process and had them deducted from your refund? Or did you sign up for one of our advance refund features?

Also keep in mind that once your return is accepted for processing by the IRS and/or State we have no control over your return and/or refund. 

You should track your refund directly from the IRS and/or Department of Revenue’s Website. These websites have the most accurate and up to date information and they get updated once a day.

Not my tax refund, the refund for the money I paid for TurboTax.  I am returning the product.

Since you did not purchase the product from TurboTax, TurboTax does not have your payment method information (i.e. your credit or debit card information).  Therefore, your refund will be made by check and sent via USPS.
