Turbotax portal screen is blank
Make sure that you are signing onto the TurboTax online account with the User ID you created for the account.

If you are using the correct User ID for the account when signing on using the following link and the screen is still blank other than the links on the left side of the screen - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
Then you need to contact TurboTax support for assistance with this problem
