Turbotax online version not transferring 2023 information to 2024

Hi,

Turbo tax will not transfer my 2023 information to the 2024 return. What's up? I've been using the product for 20 years, I am using the online version, you have the files in the cloud, this is not a new computer. There is no error message, it simply doesn't transfer the information.

Yes, if you're using TurboTax Online, your last year's info will be there automatically, if you Sign In using the same account.

If you don't see it, you may be in the wrong account.  Go here to find all of your accounts.
