You should go back through and check your own data entries. And if you imported anything or snapped photos of W-2's----check those carefully. Sometimes those do not come into the software accurately. Watch for misplaced decimals or extra zeros.
And...."online desktop version" is a contradiction. Are you using the desktop download software---with Forms mode? If so that is another place you can look to see if you spot the problem(s).
Or are you using the web-based, online software?
One way you can tell----where is your tool bar? If it is on top you have desktop software.
If it is along the left side, you are using online software.
im using windows 11 on a desktop "intuit turbotax". and now I can't even automatic import data from UberEats. I would like to import data directly from them because it has mileage.
