I was experiencing that and frustrated at it continuing for over an hour. I did a cold boot and returned to find that all of my data had been saved fine and a click on the captcha immediately displayed the photos.

SHORT ANSWER: don't worry about the information that you have entered Turbo Tax saves it. DO A COLD BOOT

How do i know if my tax return is completed on here? i need proof? It says my taxes are not finished until all required steps are completed?
