I'm impacted by recent NE flooding.Both IRS and NE have authorized tax return filing/pmt deadline extensions until 7/31/19.Will TTax be updated to reflect this new date?

TurboTax is not specifically reflecting the waiver at this time that I know of. That could change. However, the only section that might be affected would be a late penalty. If you encounter a penalty, mark "let the IRS/DoR calculate." That way it will be accurate according to the IRS and Nebraska Dept. of Revenue's extended deadlines.
