TurboTax is hitting a snag when trying to e-file Minnesota State return with regard to the payment system

I see other people have had this problem as far back as last year so apparently TurboTax never fixed it. One person posted that it appears TurboTax is trying to get you to pay the $40 fee to deduct the $25 from your federal refund. It appears to me that that may be so. This is so incredibly frustrating that no one get into it configure this problem out. If this does not get resolved in the next day, I will look for an alternative way to file my taxes. This is just ridiculous and a complete waste of time.
