The IRS will begin to accept/reject e-files tomorrow on Monday, January 29. So until then, your return will be in pending with millions of others. Sometime on or after 1-29 you will get an email telling you if the IRS accepted or rejected your e-file.
Was your return Accepted yet? You don't get the Advance until after the return is accepted. And the IRS is not opening until tomorrow Jan 29. It is later this year. See IRS

They Should Change From TurboTax To TurboLiars.
same exact thing happened to me on the RAL, no notice, no communication from TurboTax, I spoke to customer service several times and received multiple contradicting directions. What a nightmare, the staff members do not have any knowledge. I completely regret using them this year, such a waste of time and money. Never again!
Yes!!! I used them for the first time this year, and they put wrong account number on taxes. I always check and recheck my numbers. Not only is it the wrong number, it's not even close, and has one number too many. Never again!! Trash company
I agree.... 2024 filing was the very first time I ever filed with Turbo Tax and I had a bad experience! I would usually use Free Tax USA and we NEVER had an issue with then. With TT we got our funds MAD LATE almost costing us to miss out on purchasing our home and some snake of a company called SBTG tax filing or whatever takes a cut out of our taxes for filing.... That's BS because TT and SBTG's business has NOTHING to do with my refund especially without me resigning the agreement of accepting a 3rd party to handle my taxes.. This can't be legal and now I will be fighting the other company for the rest of my owed funds. TT is garbage and I have WELL learned my lesson... I feel scammed honestly.
