TurboTax is forcing me to enter an EIN for a Coinbase 1099 that I didn't receive. The form isn't under income, no way to delete it. TurboTax refuses to let me file.

I didn't receive it and TurboTax doesn't even show anything about a Coinbase filing anywhere in income (or any other categories).
