TurboTax is charging me when my taxes were cancelled

I continued with the payment process for my taxes not knowing more information was needed so i did not continued. I found out my income was very low. But I was still charged from Turbo Tax. Is there any way to cancel that charge?

You will have to contact TurboTax support for assistance with this problem. Use the key words Billing Issue

Any way to remove the add. charge of $40 to pay TurboTax with your tax refund? I saw no notice upfront of this charge and want to pay with a debit card instead.
