TurboTax is asking me for details from my spouse's 1099-NEC. I do not have a spouse and did not add a form covering such. It will not let me proceed and file.

I'm having the same exact issue. My account is also insisting that I include a 1099-MISC that I already paid on last year. Its literally dated 2019, and I didn't add it this year. Any suggestions?

@jezriellea Please delete the form 1099-MISC if it doesn't pertain to this year's tax situation. Refer to the following Help Article for instructions: How do I view and delete forms in TurboTax Online?

I have tried this twice and it continues to ask me for my spouse's 1099-NEC even though I do not have a spouse.

The problem is that TurboTax occasionally gets a form stuck in its program and you have to manually delete this form to move forward. You can't do this from the mobile app, so you will need to login to a PC or Mac. From there click on tax tools, then Tools, then Delete a Form. Search for the 1099-NEC and delete the entry.
