TurboTax Home and Business software crashes when trying to enter 2022 Estimated tax payments that I've already paid to IRS. How can I get this fixed ?

The mechanism for entering amount of money paid already in estimated taxes just goes blank. It is definitely a software bug. Tried multiple times, saving and re-entering turbotax, but always same failure

Follow these instructions to enter your estimated payments.   If you still experience the issue after trying those instructions, contact TurboTax Support at the number linked here.

That was the approach that I was trying to use. What was happening was that I was getting a blank white screen at the point where I was supposed to be able to enter the dollar amount for the estimated tax that I'd paid during 2022.

The problem seemed to resolve itself, however, after a couple of exits of TurboTax and re entries. (First time resulted in same blank screen. But exiting again, quitting for the day, and coming back the next day same approach was successful.

Some state condition that was affecting this part of the process obviously resolved itself over the coarse of the multiple exits and re-entries. As a 40+ year software engineer, just looked like a typical software bug 😉

Anyway, thanks for the response.
