TurboTax has records showing that we filed taxes, but the direct deposit never happend

We filed taxes using TurboTax online for the year of 2019. We have a print out showing that we did this and confirming that the IRS would be paid by direct deposit. However, the IRS is now claiming that that never happened and sure enough it looks like it never did. We have tried numerous times to get help, but keep getting blocked by the online chatbot, and also by the call center AI. We cannot talk to a human and need to resolve this immediately as the government is upset with us about the tax issues.
