I did 2016 returns via Turbotax, 2017 via CPA & trying 2018 via Turbotax. But it includes 2017 with it. How can I do 2018 separately via turbotax?

Oh that's ok.  It's not trying to file 2017.  It just transferred it in.  Is most of the 2017 stuff you entered last year right?

There is a way you can remove it.  There is a tricky way to clear out transferred info in the Online version.  But doing this will also clear out all your entries.  Go into your return, go Tax Tools > Tools > Transfer from your computer > Continue > then Continue without transferring.

What do you mean it includes 2017?  Only if you enter 2017 info on it.   The Online version is only for 2018.  Did you buy the Desktop CD/Download program?  Did you buy 2018?

Turbotax has all info of 2017 taxes but then I chose to do it through CPA. Thats why I think website is trying to file taxes for 2017 & 2018 together. I did not buy or download program.

No it won't file 2017.  It just transferred 2017 info into 2018 to make it easier for you to do 2018.
