That should be non-deductable IRA contributions.

You can try these steps to resolve if you are using the online version:

  • Clearing your Cache and Cookies
  • Using a different browser
  • Opening an Incognito Window

I am using the desktop version so that won't work.

Turbotax hangs after asking if there was non-deductable contributions.

This issue is being looked at currently.  In my desktop test return, the Continue button did hang for several tries, but eventually the screen Let's Find Your IRA Basis opened.

 

A workaround would be to make your entry directly on the IRA Contributions Worksheet in FORMS Mode.

keep clicking continue and you will get thru it.  current theory is it's stuck in a loop and takes the same number of times clicking continue as you have input 1099-R's

@dblchou   Yes you need to keep clicking in the Continue box.  You have to click the number of times for the number of 1099R forms that you entered.
