Turbotax Full Service for a slightly complicated return

I have a W-2, 1099DIV, INT, 1099-B and also a 1042-S (which sounds like it is for foreign withholding of a company stock when I was overseas in 2023, but I am a full-time resident to the US in 2024, and will be filing 1040, not the 1040-NR this time). I tried doing the FreeTaxUSA federal but it seems they don't support reporting the 1042-S (Miscellaneous income, not reported on W-2, and Withholding not reported on W-2). Apparently Turbotax supports this but not on the free version, and only on Deluxe or Full Service option.

Since this is going to be a bit complicated, I am leaning towards having a professional do the whole thing and have them sign on the form (also because my wife needs to file a W-7 to get her ITIN, which means we need to file by mail). Has anyone got experience with the Full Service? I am a bit confused between Deluxe, Live assisted and Full Service. By full service, do they mean, the accountant does everything, signs the return and I can print/mail it on my own?

Turbotax Full Service for a slightly complicated return

Full Service means the tax expert does everything, from preparing, signing, and e-filing.  If you need to mail your return, you will have to print and mail.
