TurboTax failed to transmit my full tax file to state of Ohio

TurboTax failed to transmit my full tax files to my state tax department in Ohio. So, this led to them accusing me of fraud and auditing my last 5 years of refunds. I filed a complaint and was working with a person to help resolve my issue as I asked for a refund of those years because the state agency said they did it because my whole file wasn't sent. Then after working with her for over 2 weeks she all the sudden claims she can't do anything to help me and implied that I must have lied about them telling me my tax file was incomplete because she's never seen it happen before. She said that this doesn't happen so I must have committed fraud, basically. Oddly, I saw at least a few other reports of this (and also in Ohio) right on this forum. She ended up being very offensive and the opposite of helpful. My problem remains unsolved.

This is an issue that needs to be submitted to the 100% accuracy guarantee.  If the investigation finds that the mistake was caused by TurboTax then TurboTax will be responsible for any late fees and penalties.  The guararantee does not refund the amount that you paid to file your taxes.
