Turbotax Employer Forms e-filed Federal 1099 but I need an electronic file for Delaware 1099

I created about 30 1099 forms using Turbotax Quick Employer forms and e-filed the 1099's.  Printed my copies to send to 1099 recipients.  Now Delaware is requiring an electronic file to submit the forms, won't accept just the state copy of the 1099 because it is over the 10 threshhold.  I cannot find how to create an e-file using SSA formats with the info I already created.  And cannot find any way to contact support either.

HELP - need to get these in by 1/31/24.
