TurboTax email says forms are ready, but when I try to update TurboTax software forms, it says Turbotax is already up to date?

It is February 10, 2020 and I am  having the same exact problem you are, except it is for 8 different forms.

TurboTax will email me saying that all of the FORMS are ready, but when I try to update TurboTax software, it says Turbotax is up to date? 

Then when I attempt to finish with en-error check, it will show all the same forms as not being ready... Diving me nuts, have gone through this email cycle with TT several times.

That link does not give me a way to get notified when I will be able to update for the forms that I need that I received an email saying they were ready for the software, yet when I update it says up to date.  When will this be fixed

• Please click on Review, on the left menu. 
• You may see a message "Some of your tax forms are not ready".  
• Below the message, you can select the link that says "I want to sign up for email notifications. "
• Below are the expected release dates for the federal forms.
• When your federal forms are finalized, open Turbo Tax 
• Click on the Federal, on the left menu, to open and finish your return.
