In November I received an e mail from TurboTax telling me my 2021 download of the deluxe for windows was ready. I followed the instructions to download the information but could not locate the 2021 download. I have a license code and I have tried several times to find the download with no success. I have tried several times to contact TT but no one has responded to my requests. I am hearing impaired so the telephone is not a good choice for me. So far TT has been a disaster. I would like a TT rep to contact me.
