Turbotax does not Install on my 32 bit laptop

I purchased Turbotax Premier 2023 and when i try to install it tells me i need a 64 bit system. There is nothing on the package to indicate that. I now have to try to return it after i have taken the cd out of the package. I will never use Turbotax again!

Contact TurboTax Support.  They will provide you with a download of TurboTax that will work on your computer.

I spoke with a Turbotax CSR.  They said they can not send another version.  I am stuck with upgrading my PC or trying to return an opened CD to Samsclub where I purchased it.  If anyone has any success with this please post.  Oh, and she was not very polite about it either.  "The CD package clearly shows the requirements".

I am facing the same issue. Never thought intuit is this dumb.
