Turbotax disc asked for activation multiple times

After installing Turbotax disc ver on Win10, entered activation code, & updated software, it asked for code again! How many activations do I have left? Can I get 1 back?

I have other systems of family members that need it installed. How can I check how many activations I have left? Who can I talk to for resetting number of activations? Thanks

You can install the TurboTax CD on up to 5 different devices.  If you need assistance with inquiring about the number of activations you have left, please reach out online or phone.
