I filled out my return on 3/13 and saved it. Every time I've opened up Turbotax since then it has resumed. Today, after installing the latest updates, my return appears to be gone. I can see some internal Turbotax files in my user dir\AppData\Roaming\Intuit\TY19 with the 3/13 date, but they don't appear to have the .tax2019 extension. I also searched for .tax2019 files on my machine and can't find it. Is there any way to restore what I've completed thus far using the AppData\Roaming dir or through another method? Thanks.

i have completed 2019 returns and saved. i have been able to enter and edit until i just installed the latest update today. Now all 2019 is gone, only the 2018 information is available.
Turbotax says they don't have my 2029 return, but I have a copy of the TurboTax file that I paid for. The IRS says they did not receive anything from Turbotax for 2019, so they rejected my 2020 Turbotax because they could noy match a 2019 AGI. I paid Turbotax for both years, but now have to file manually.
Turbotax says "sorry" for the mix-up and offered me a 20% discount on my 2021 return - which falls far short of what I paid for but didn't get - Plus the threats from IRS to penalize me for non-payment !!
