I believe Intuit is a bit slow on advancing customer contact/concerns as well as their internal linking of Tubrotax.
Having said that, I would guess you would need to reselect "Easy.." path to get to your original document you were working on. This would be my first step.
If that didn't work, go to "Open Documents." under View then put in all your information in all the required documents. Then go Easy Step after you have checked your whole/all documents for errors. While in Easy Step, all you need to do is verify your data. I do this because it's a form of double checking.
