TurboTax Deluxe 2019 State e-File

I have downloaded TurboTax Deluxe 2019 in order to file 2019 taxes. I have reached the file portion>> file a return >> payment, but am told I need to purchase state e-file to continue. Whenever I try, it doesn't allow me to use the online because it's closed for the season and I am having no luck with the [phone number removed] number.

You can't e-file prior year return. You need to select File by mail for both Federal and State.
