Turbotax.com promted me to pay only 39.99 to file my 1099. The rest would be taken out of my very small return from my W-2. They charged me 160 dollars to file.Incorrect?

I saw you are using TurboTax SelfEmployed. 39.99 fees you are referring is refund processing fees.
SelfEmployed Federal : 120$ State: 45$ Total: 165
