As a guess, are you by any chance in the process of efiling and trying to verify your email address with a verification code you were sent? If so, we can tell you how to do that.

If the above was not your situation, then here's another guess. Could it be the following?
Were you having a problem with the software, and did you submit a sanitized diagnostic copy of your tax file to TurboTax Support for evaluation and need to give them the code to identify it?
If so, you'd need to phone TurboTax Support to give them the code so they can access the diagnostic copy of your return.
