TurboTax Business State Tax Downloads: cannot download

Logged into my account and within "TurboTax Desktop licenses and downloads", I see the 2020 state tax download I paid for and there is a blue "Download" button. Nothing happens when I click on the button. Am I missing something?

Background: I changed computers and installed 2020 TurboTax Business and, rather than pay for the state tax download again, I am trying to download it from my account. Sadly, without success...

Help/Suggestions would be appreciated!

Yes, Edge, Chrome, Safari and incognito and private... no luck. Looks like I will need to wait until support opens during its M-F 5a-5p pacific...

Did you try turning off your antivirus?  And update the Business program.  Reboot your computer.   Have you seen these 2 articles?
