I have Turbotax business 2021 on my computer downloaded from the TurboTax website, last year.. can I use it for 2022, too?

No.  Each tax year is a separate program

No. Tax laws change from year to year so you must use the 2022 program for 2022 taxes.

No.  You have to buy a new program for each year.  It is only good for that year.
