I purchased and downloaded turbotax on my destop, widow11, and activated. I provided my daughter the activation code and she downloaded on her Mac, and tried to register and activate on her intuit account , and she got the msg that license code is alteady linked to another account. try login with another account. what seems to be problem.  the descrption says that software ncludes 5 Federal e-files and 1 State via download. we are both filing in the same state. please let me know what should we do to resolve the issue?

You can only install Turbo Tax on 5 computers you own.   She will have to log into your Turbo Tax account to download it.
