I purchased Turbo Tax 2021 and downloaded it on my laptop. I entered the license code to download it. I installed the software with no issues. When I go to launch the software, I get the activation screen again to enter the license code again. The screen is blank and I changed the display resolution and the screen displayed. However, it is frozen and I cannot enter the license code, again. Help please!
