I received notice that my Mac TurboTax CD had been shipped so I went to download the software but there isn't a download option even though TurboTax said that once the 2019 software had been released I could download it. Anyone have success downloading the Mac TurboTax 2019 software?
Also, I called TurboTax because the shipping notification failed to provide the tracking number, but was told TurboTax refuses to provide the tracking number to their support staff! Additionally, the support staff was able to provide my order number but when I entered it in the Orders section of my account, I was told it was an invalid order number!

Doubtful that there would be a tracking number on a CD mailed through the US postal service.

TurboTax Advantage downloads for tax year 2019 will start releasing on November 5 and the CDs will be shipped between November 14 and 22. Check your order status here.
If you ordered TurboTax on a CD, you can also get the downloadable version after it releases in early November. To access, sign in to your TurboTax Advantage account and select Downloads.
I ordered the online 2019 version of TurboTax Home & Business and it is not showing in "my downloads." (The 2018 product I ordered is showing.) There is no way for me to send a message after hours to resolve this - the only option seems to be to contact TurboTax from my home computer during the same hours when I would be at work. Extremely inconvenient and I still can't access what I already paid for.

If you are an Advantage subscriber where you receive the desktop software (CD or Download) automatically each tax year, sign onto your Advantage account and then use the toll free phone number to speak with an agent concerning your order - https://accounts-tax.intuit.com/turbotaxadvantage
