I purchased Turbo Tax Premier on 3/8/2023 online at Walmart with my wife's Citibank Prestige credit card which had a $10 back promotion for purchase of Turbotax. We were charged $81.46, tax included for the purchase. However, the $10 statement credit has yet to materialize and my wife was told by Citibank customer service that the purchase had to be made directly with Turbotax, not from the store. This is a very shady if not deceiving way to lure consumers into buying a product and I believe Turbotax should not allow this to happen.

I received my $10 rebate upon filing my state return. Price to file a state return is $25 and I received my credit here so I was charged $15 to file the state return.
Promotion from Wholesalers—$10 discount for state e-file
I bought TurboTax CD at BJs. It said there was a bonus $10 rebate. When I finished Taxes and went efile Fed and State - It wanted to bill me $25 for efiling Maryland state. It automatically put the $10 credit on the invoice & only billed me $15. That is when you get the $10 rebate.
