Turbo tax won't update

I purchased Turbo tax basic after loading the cd it wants to update. After trying it comes up and says a file is missing. I created an account alhahn1577 and try to download when it ask's for my product code [PII Removed] it says it is associated with another account. I don't want to have to pay for another cd so any help would be welcoming.
