I waited till the irs opened up today January 29 to accept e files. And I’m still getting the message “federal - this return has certain forms that can’t be e-filed. Usually because of tax regulations, so you’ll need to print and file by mail. For more details select the review tab above and continue through final review”. I did that and the review finds no errors. I checked all my forms and they are all final forms. No drafts. I e file every year and never have this error. I don’t see any forms that appear to an issue

Do you have a Schedule C? There seems to be a problem Efiling a Schedule C. They are looking into it. Just wait to file. They usually update the program on Thursdays.
Yes I do have a schedule C. I always do. Thanks for the info regarding an issue with efile and schedule C's. I feel a little better now 🙂 I'll wait till Thursday and open the software again to see if it updates. Thank you for your help.
