I'm not sure how that happened, but there is no way to correct this. Your only options are to leave the prior year data as is, or deactivate your account and start a new one if you don't want to continue with your current account.

Online is only good for one return per account. If you did another return or let someone use your account then their return overwrote yours. Or you accidentally logged into the wrong account.
That's common to end up with multiple accounts. First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used

If you used the Desktop CD/Download program then the only copy is on your computer and not saved or stored online.
Our account wasn't lost. All of our information was included and I could do our return. The problem an extra entry like a credit Income Tax Paid ($5,282) which are from someone else's 2018 return. We I review our 5 year Tax History worksheet 2018's numbers are not ours.
I was able to do our return. Turbo Tax loaded all of our information. The problem is the additional entry ex.$5,282 for Income Taxes Paid under itemized deductions and our Tax History Report entries for the year 2018 are not ours.
