Turbo Tax update caused incomplete return to be submitted

<P>I opened an incomplete return immediately after I installed the latest TurboTax update 2-13-2022. TurboTax said it submitted both the federal and state returns! What do I do?</P>

Trying to submit a return. Turbotax message says the submission is a duplicate. Then says they could not find a federal return that matches. Both submitted at SAME TIME.
