Well, apparently weekend Telephone support isn't started yet...so weekdays 5AM-5PM "Pacific" time call, and you should get a telephone number to get a "person"....just don't mention a "Refund" anywhere in your setup questions, or you will get shunted to an automated AI.

(And if you are using the "Free" Online software, even that is not available):
