This is in all likelihood a message you can ignore.  If the amount of Social Security and/or Medicare Tax withheld does not exactly calculate to the percentages of 6.2 and 1.45%, respectfully, you will receive this message.  I have seen this message on differences as little as $0.10.

If you want to satisfy yourself that the differences are irrelevant, look at each W-2's Social Security Wages and multiply by .062 and compare that number to what is shown in Box 4, and then do the same with Medicare Wages and multiply by .0145 and compare the difference, if any.  In most cases the difference is pennies but if it is significant contact your employer and inquire about it.

Also review all the W-2 forms you entered ... chances are on 13 forms you may have made a data entry error.

Thank you, I found an employer mistake of .68 overpay. Turbotax search said to wait until February 15th and click I didn't get a W2 and manual put in the correct figures and they will guide me through.

One of your W2s box 4 is wrong?  68 cents too much?  Just leave off the cents and forget about it.  Box 4 should be box 3 x .062.  You might even have to reduce box 4 by a dollar or so.
