Turbo tax says import files from Fidelity will start on Jan 31st but on Fidelity site they are already available.

When I try to import forms from Fidelity it says Import Available from January 31st. But Fidelity site already has the forms.

The PDF forms on the Fidelity website are formatted entirely differently from the way the tax files must be formatted for import into any of the tax software company's tax programs.

Thus, it can sometimes take longer for those special import files to be readied....A week or 2 extra isn't unusual.
