Turbo tax says 2022 wasn't filed with them! But it was!

but it was, how do I answer to move forward with e-filing I have my AGI but I called and the person told me to use the one from 2021 that’s not gonna work obviously. I just don’t know which one to pick when it says did I use a different tax Service or a CPA a little bit frustrated at this point.

You probably have more than one TT account and are looking in the wrong one for your 2022 return.

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them.  Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax?  If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.
