I want my money back and I want my state filling fees reversed at a minimum. I spent 4 hours on hold with multiple dropped calls when I was at the front of the line. I am a multiyear user of Turbo Tax. I have used it most years since 03, I skipped two years when I estate issues going on. But I have been loyal otherwise. I was charged $25 yesterday to make a state efilling and right after that I could not make any efiling due to an update issue. I was on hold for over 4 hours yesterday. The call dropped multiple times at the one hour hold point, system indicated a 55 minute hold time. I tried the call back option at the beginning and after and hour got a call that I missed the call back and this was the last call I would receive regarding this issue, goodbye. I have never had an issue with TurboTax in the past and the customer assistance has been horrible this year. So I spent $80 for Home and business edition and $25 to efile state and I can't efile any thing, so I need to file my taxes by mail now. THIS SUCKS!!!!!!!!. As soon as I paid the $25 to file state taxes, Turbo Tax indicates it needs to do an update and I can't efile. I turned off Norton Security and the Windows Fire wall and it still will not update. I did an update on JAVA since then and it had no issue, what gives with the update. I work in Automotive Software and there is no ALT-CNTL-DELETE at 70 MPH.

Like many customers, I have used Tubotax for years. This year I was charged $25 for filling State taxes.. I bought the Deluxe version with the State tax fee prepaid. I want my $25 I paid on July 26, 2022 returned to me. By the way, Intuit/Tubotax has gone the way of many companies and dissolved their customer service. There is only one phone number, automated and it's a waste of customer's time and patience.
I'm very disappointed with Intuit Turbotax.
@tam60TAM If you used the CD/download then there is a $25 fee to e-file a state return when you use that software. The program only included the software to prepare the state return, but e-filing it is an extra fee---always has been. You can avoid the state e-file fee by printing and mailing the state.
