Turbo Tax not showing 1040 state form after all fed/state inputs are completed ?

I've completed all the federal and state inputs into Turbo Tax, however the 1040 MI State form is not showing.  All the federal forms are completed and available to submit/print, etc, however the state forms only include the  worksheets, but not the state 1040 form.  

I'm getting an error that says:  "Not eligible for efile" because of "Returns with MI-1040 not completed for filing are not eligible for electronic file."  I'm less concered about efile, but want to be able to print the 1040 form, but its not listed in my forms.  Help pls.

Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies if you are using TurboTax Online, and reopen TurboTax.  You can also try a different browser.

Also, make sure you have ran all updates.
