I found out a workaround. If you hover over the icon on the task bar and then right click on the small window that appears above it, and then hit maximize it will show TurboTax full screen. But don't hit the restore down option as it will disappear again. There seems to be some bug in that it will ony run in maximize or full screen mode.

I am having the same issues. I have for 2 weeks. The window is invisible and I have already been on the phone with your customer service team for over an hour with no success. Do you have any other solutions to getting your software to open?
